We also established Molla & Brothers Co. in 70’s decade to distribute the Cement & Rod as it was the keen demand to develop the nation at that time. Still Molla & Brothers Co. doing its business and distributing the various branded Cement and Rod to fulfil nation’s mean.
Our signature didn’t stop there. On December 31, 1994 we started M. I. Cement Factory Ltd with the commitment for providing high quality cement to the country which is now public limited company and one of the leading manufacturers of cement in Bangladesh. Its brand "Crown Cement" has own renown both at home and abroad.
We want to be the leader but not to make money rather to ensure the peoples good health and happy life.
Our mission is to intensify quality of life through produce world class product by using state of the art technology.

Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited is a private limited company, incorporated in 2003 though the commercial operation started in 2007. From the inception, the company focused on processing of refined salt in vacuum evaporation system. The factory of Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited is located at Dharmagonj, Enayetnagar, Fatullah, Narayangonj on a total area of 313 decimal land where annual production capacity is 72,000 metric tons, the production capacity is growing at 20% per year to fulfil the demand of the consumers. And to ensure the sound production, total number of 212 permanent employees are working.
After testing in state of the art quality control lab, Molla Super Salt is kept free from any health hazardous chemicals. The quality is never compromised. While refining the salt in the production process, just to make it attractive, no additional chemicals that might contribute to any kind of health issue are added to it. Proper and deliberate considerations are maintained to keep it heavy metal free. At the same time the company is strict on maintaining its standard to the best level for ensuring maximum percentage of Iodine in it according to the government regulations.
In this state of art quality control lab, Molla Super Salt is being tested by most modern equipment to bring the highest testing report. The equipment’s and their works are bellow.

The mastermind, the visionary of the companies. Some people born as businessman and he was one of them. He started his journey as entrepreneur before 70’s and never stopped. He built this empire of business from the scratches. During this journey he faced lots of constrains but didn’t lost the passion. He knew “nothing comes so easily” and “nothing lasts without honesty”. These two morals were the key of his success which still driving the companies to the forth.Philanthropist & entrepreneur “Al-haj Khabiruddin Molla” was the founder of “Molla Salt Industries” and one of the key founders of “Crown Cement Group”.
He breathed his last at “11:00am, Saturday, 25th May 2019”. He was an honest & successful entrepreneur who actively involved in business for more than 5 decades. He was born in Mirkadim municipality area of Munshiganj district.
Apart from a businessman, he was an active social worker who putted his signatures for the developments of the unprivileged peoples of the society. He established “Pita Mata Shorone Datobbo Chikitshaloy”, a charitable healthcare institute for the poor people’s in 2001, where peoples get free treatment & medicine from the skilled doctors.
To take the social works forth, he had established “Guccho Gram”, where he had putted 40 homeless families under permanent shelter by handing over the homes for their own.
Besides of those, “Al-haj Khabiruddin Molla” had helped so many Mosques, orphanages and Islamic education centers. He also started scholarships for the poor meritorious students of Mirkadim. Lastly to modernize the “Pita Mata Shorone Datobbo Chikitshaloy”, he established and transferred it to a five storied building with two modern equipped ambulances.
Mr. Molla Mohammad Majnu having a Master’s Degree in Science from Dhaka University is the Chairman of Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited from which two branded salt has been leading the market of the nation known as “Molla Super Salt” and “Molla Salt” for long times. He is also a sponsor Director and Managing Director of M. I. Cement Factory Limited which has introduced one of the leading Cement brands of the nation named “Crown Cement”. Along with that, he is also the chairman of Crown Cement Concrete and Building Products Limited and the Managing Director of Crown Transportation and Logistics Limited & Crown Mariners Limited. He is the Director of Crown Power Generation Limited, Crown Polymer Bagging Limited and Beta One Investment Limited. He is the highest Tax Payer of Narayanganj District for the consecutive last 6 (Six) years. Apart from the business career, he is a social worker who has founded the “Molla Salt Foundation Limited” and leading the foundation as Chairman, under which lots of social work has been done to privilege the underprivileged community of Mirkadim Municipality like- Charitable Health Care, Free Ambulance, Free School for underprivileged children
Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Mollah is the Managing Director of Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Limited, Crown Polymer Bagging Limited and Crown Power Generation Limited. He is also a Sponsor Director and Additional Managing Director of M. I. Cement Factory Limited. He is the Director of Crown Mariners Limited, Crown Cement Concrete and Building Products Limited and Crown Transportation and Logistics Limited. Together with his other family members, he has been carrying out the trading operations from their reputed organization, dealing in Cement and Other Construction Materials. He is an active partner of Molla Salt Industries and M. M. Salt Industries Limited, from which two branded salt has been leading the market of the nation named as “Molla Super Salt” and “Molla Salt” for the decades. He is also one of the members of the Board’s Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of M. I. Cement Factory Limited. He is the highest Tax Payer of Narayanganj District for the consecutive last 6 (Six) years. Other than a businessman, he also loves to work for the underprivileged peoples of the society for which he has cofounded & leading the “Molla Salt Foundation Ltd.” as honorable secretary.

The entire system from unloading to packing is fully auto controlled and the purity of product is 98 - 99% which is recognized by BSTI, BSCIC & UNICEF. It is fully chemical and arsenic free salt which is free flowing and properly iodized. To ensure the quality, a well-equipped world standard laboratory is an integral part of the factory where Super Salt is made and that brings the most pure salt of the country to ensure healthy life of the society.

The entire system from unloading to packaging is fully automated and the purity of product is 98 - 99% which is recognized by BSTI, BSCIC & UNICEF. When the boats reach the factory, the volume of the salt is measured in automated cranes and a 2nd sample test is performed. At this level, the amount of Sodium Chloride is measured and then the crude salt is poured in dissolving tanks where the salt is mixed with condensed water. From this dissolved water, amount of Sodium Chloride and pH is noted and the salt water is drained through special filters which is further taken to the purification tanks. From a single salt particle to completely processed and refined salt.
